Room service: our room service girls will provide you Chinese and English warm service at 10:00am - 10:30pm everyday. The room service is based on the day-to-day business hours and special business hours for holidays of different restaurants and hotels. Time of room service: In general, our room service will take about 45 minutes. For particularly large orders or your farther locations, it may take 60 minutes or so; if encountering particularly bad weather, the room service may take longer time, for which we will describe as ordering.

Services Fee: For our delivery service, we charge 15RMB for delivery if the restaurant you choose is within the 3 square kilometers area surrounding your location. If you are farther away, we will raise the service charge properly. We will explain to you the specific money amount when you give your order to us.

Pay Way: We will collect only cash, and you must pay off when our delivery arrive. In our company, tips are not expected, but are appreciated. If you are pressed by a courier for a tip, or they do not have correct change, please contact us immediately.

Menu Update: Our menu will be updated at any time based on the cooperation with the restaurants. You may view and download it in "the latest menu" of the website. We will also re-print the latest menu every six months. If you have ever used our services, we will mail the new menu to your designated place .
